Der ohnehin schon ausgebucht Judah hätte nichts dagegen einen Tszyu, den er für shot hält, so wie Hatton zu verhauen.
Aber vielleicht will er auch noch ne Runde tanzen...IBF/WBC/WBA welterweight champion Zab Judah has requested that Kostya Tszyu give him an opportuntity to avenge the knockout loss he suffered at the hands of the former IBF/WBC/WBA 140 pound title holder in a 2001 world-title bout. Judah said, "Kostya Tszyu you have an invitation. You have a fight contract with my name on it. Let's do it." Zab also said of Kostya, "You see how Ricky Hatton beat the life out of him. He's dead right now. Let me finish him off and show the world that I am the best pound for pound fighter. I had him in the first round. He was holding on for life. Listen, my speed and power is nothing to play with. A lot of guys look at it and take it as a joke, but you see time and time again they are hitting the floor like dust." Judah's next fight is on January 7 in New York against the WBC's #1 welterweight contender, Carlos Baldomir of Argentina.

Tszyu stated during the national telecast of the double head main event featuring Anthony Mundine vs Rico Chong Nee and Danny Green vs Kirino Garcia last Sunday, that he has not officially retired and would be interested in a Zab Judah return bout. There is currently an offer for Tszyu to fight Vince Phillips, who scored a TKO in ten rounds over the Russian-born Australian to win the IBF jr welterweight title in Atlantic City in 1997.
