Moments ago Promoter Bob Arum informed Boxingtalk.com that Top Rank Inc. is ready, willing and able to offer former undisputed heavyweight champion "Iron" Mike Tyson a commentating gig on the international telecast of the August 12 Rahman-Maskaev II telecast. As Boxingtalk readers know Tyson expressed great interest in getting behind the mic and Arum told Boxingtalk.com, "We're looking forward to having him on board, nobody will dispute his knowledege and I think he's going to make the most of this opportunity." Moments ago former undisputed heavyweight champion of the world "Iron" Mike Tyson told Boxingtalk.com that he will gladly accept Top Rank's offer to make his commentating debut doing the international broadcast of the Hasim Rahman-Oleg Maskaev rematch. "It's a beautiful thing Greg, I just want to thank Mr. Arum for this opportunity to fulfill my desire of sharing my boxing knowledge with the the rest of the world." Finde ich Klasse dass Tyson jetzt Kommentator wird anstatt selber zu kämpfen! Er wird seine Sache bestimmt sehr gut machen, er hat wirklich sehr viel ahnung und wird auch nicht viel um den heissen Brei rumreden!

Hoffentlch macht er´s!

Nach all den Eskarparden, ohne Witze, könnte mir darin ne Zukunft für ihn vorstellen, er hat ne Menge Ahnung.
Es gibt nur ganz wenige die die Boxgeschichte zu gut kennen wie er, auch wenn das viele nicht wahrhaben wollen.

Hat Tyson nicht nen leichter Sprachfehler , daß er manchmal stottert?
Ich denke , ein Einsatz als Co-Kommentator wäre sinnvoller.

Das ist etwas was er immer schon mal machen wollter.Ich gònne es ihm von herzen.Man hatt ihm ja auch viele grosse angebote als Trainer gemacht die er dan aber alle abgeschlagen hatt.Ganz erlich hatt er gesagt das er zu wenig gedult habe und der Trainer job nichts fùr ihn wàhre da er alles andere als geduld habe :laugh2: :laugh2:

Ich denke Tyson iss ein super Kommentator, weil er echt Ahnung von dem Sport hat! Ja als Ko Komentator wäre er wohl besser ! Aber naja Tyson kennt die gesamte Boxgeschichte!
