Yes, as a student I worked as a guide in a tourist bureau “Satellite” showing Kiev to other student from Soviet Union. And to this day I like to show Kiev to my friends since it’s the most beautiful city not only in Europe but also the world.
And what was Mike’s reaction to what he saw and learned?
He liked Kiev a lot. He told me that he saw many cities with parts but this is first time that he sees a park with a city in it. He was surprised that he never heard about it and regrets that just only now he was able to visit it.
Vitali, Mike Tyson is frequently presented my media as a monster. How does this image differ from the real Mike?
Mike during this visit was another Tyson than portrayed by media. There was no aggression. He asked many questions, was interested with history and our culture. He was surprised how warmly people met him. During our walk he noted that Ukraine has the kindest people he has ever met.

Mike Tyson was and remains one of the biggest names in sports. He has left a significant trace on the history of boxing. His fights drew unprecedented interest from all over the world. There is a chance and maybe we’ll talk about our future fight, but only after I carry out a fight with Hasim Rahman. For now I’m only concentrated on my fight in November.
