I don't think that these winds should be a problem with the wind net. In Harrachov they jumped in 3-6m/s last time.. By the way, the forecast still may not be accurate.... Some unofficial news from the Czech team - 6 jumpers will travel to north: Janda, Koudelka, Matura, Hlava, Štursa and Sedlák...

I wouldn't say it "doesn't look good" for Harrachov, because the weather before 20th of November is almost totally unimportant, snow must come in the last November week, so let's hope for it :) Team Sweden will not start in Kuusamo, but Carl Nordin and Fredrik Balkåsen will appear in Lillehammer.

Snowguns are now on in Kuusamo and there's new snow forecasted... so no problems with this WC, Rovaniemi should be safe as well, I think, I'd care about our beautiful Harrachov more :(
