After the release of his debut album, The Documentary, we found out that The Game has serious skills on the mic. Now, we know he has skills on the basketball court, too. The Compton native had 16 points (including two big dunks), six assists and three steals for the Los Angeles team, who played against the And 1 streetballers on Sunday (June 4). However, the Game's effort wasn't enough, as the And 1 team routed his LA team 102 - 82 in their season opener. Still, the And 1 players respected Game's on-court prowess. "He has some skills on the court," And 1 Mixtape Tour player Kenny Brunner, who goes by the moniker Bad Santa and attended the same Domiguez High School in Compton that Game did, told Vibe.com. "He was setting some hard dirty picks on us, but he's a good role player." In addition to the Game's involvement in the And 1 Mixtape Tour, another West Coast MC has been introducing the Hyphy movement to streetball fans. E-40 already performed during halftime of the And 1 games in Los Angeles, his hometown of Oakland (June 7) and Portland (June 11). E-40 is scheduled to perform at halftime in the first 10 cities that the And 1 team visits. "Having E-40 getting the crowd Hyphy at halftime has been incredible," said Brunner. "We love to have the Game, E-40 and any other MC being involved in our tour." Although the exact release date hasn't been confirmed yet, the Game has promised hip hop fans that his highly-anticipated The Doctor's Advocate album will drop in late summer. Meanwhile, The Ambassador of The Bay's My Ghetto Report Card album debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's R&B/Hip-Hop Chart. The And 1 Mixtape Tour is scheduled to hit cities like Phoenix, Houston, Miami, Washington D.C. and Philadelphia, before concluding in New York on Aug. 25.
