Zum Schluss von GM-a-Team 2014 wollen wir nochmal einen Rückblick wagen auf das was ihr alles verbrochen habt.
Jeder GM hat hier nochmal die Chance sein Saisonwerk vorzustellen, seine Beweggründe darzulegen und vl. auch noch die ein oder andere interessante Insidergeschichte zu erzählen, die der Großteil noch nicht kennt. Mit letzterem werde ich zumindest nicht geizen bei der Bewertung eurer Moves.
Was ihr alles schreibt und in welcher Form überlasse ich euch, ich gebe nur zu Bedenken, dass man es nicht zu langatmig gestalten sollte, weil man sonst Gefahr läuft, dass der eigene Text einfach von den Lesern übersprungen wird. Von daher versucht es eher kompakt und interessant zu halten.
Eine wirkliche Deadline hierfür will ich nicht geben... ich werde aber übernächstes Wochenende (19-20.7) mal schaun ob ich für die Teams die noch nichts gepostet haben zumindest eine Übersicht erstelle anhand derer man dann bewerten kann.
Wer sowieso nichts mehr schreiben will, soll mir das bitte mitteilen, dann poste ich direkt eine Übersicht und gebe das Team zur Bewertung frei.
Womit dann auch schon gesagt ist, ab wann man bewerten kann, nämlich direkt nachdem der GM gepostet hat. Der GM sollte deswegen seinen Post vorher schon komplett haben und dann erst posten. Nachträgliche Änderungen sollten aber auch kein Problem sein wenn man im Diskussionthread darauf aufmerksam macht, denn die Bewertungen können bis zum Auswertungstermin auch noch angepasst werden.
Für die Bewertung ist auf jeden Fall wichtig, dass an ihrem Ende ein Gesamturteil steht in Form einer Punktevergabe von 0 (total schlecht) bis 100 (außerordentlich gut), damit die Bewertungen einheitlich in die Gesamtwertung miteinfließen können. Vorher sollte zumindest eine kurze Begründung stehen wieso das Urteil so ausgefallen ist. Auffallend gute oder schlechte Bewertungen die unbegründet geblieben sind, behalte ich mir vor aus der Gesamtwertung auszuschließen. Jeder User darf für einen anderen GM natürlich nur 1 Mal abstimmen.
Den Auswertungstermin lasse ich noch mal offen, je nach Aktivität werde ich am 3. oder 10. August (oder vielleicht noch später) das Gesamtranking erstellen, damit jeder genug Zeit hatte jedes Team zu bewerten, wenn er das will.
