Hab gestern u.a. das Charlotte-Spiel gesehen und Gerald Wallace hat den Ellenbogen von Mikki Moore voll ins Gesicht bekommen. Das Spiel war ne Weile unterbrochen und Wallace wurde mit dem Krankenwagen abtransportiert. Ob sich daraus eine Verletzung ergeben hat und er dadurch möglicherweise für ein paar Spiele ausfällt, kann ich euch leider nicht sagen, aber das wird sich bestimmt im Laufe des Tages herausstellen.

Gerald Wallace suffered a Grade 3 concussion, which the Bobcats describe as the most serious, and had a slight case of amnesia after taking an inadvertant elbow to the face from Mikki Moore on Friday. The good news is that he's been sent home from the hospital following a CAT-Scan after being knocked unconscious and wheeled off the floor in a stretcher. He didn't accompany the team to Washington for Saturday's game and it's possible he could miss several days, if not weeks. Get him reserved for now. Derek Anderson, Matt Carroll and Jared Dudley will all see some extra minutes if he's going to miss much time.

Brandon Roy will have an MRI after aggravating his right ankle injury on Sunday, and sounds like he could miss significant time with the injury. "I don't think I'll have to shut it down the rest of the season, but maybe the next couple of games," Roy said. The fact that he even mentioned being out for the rest of the season makes us nervous, but we'll have to see what the prognosis is after the MRI. In any case, it sounds like he should be benched immediately.

That's the good news. The bad news is that if that examination doesn't go well, the Raptors are prepared to leave him at home when they travel for a three-game road trip to Charlotte, Orlando and Miami which begins Saturday night. Bosh owners need to cross their fingers on this one.
