IBU Stock Sold!
(Atlanta, Georgia) (June 25, 2006)- Don "Moose" Lewis, Chairman and
President of the International Boxing Union, Inc. (known as the IBU)
based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA announces that he purchased all
outstanding shares of the corporation effective 01 July 2006. Mr.
Lewis states, "After having brought the IBU to the United States in
1998, it has been a goal of mine to one day own all outstanding
shares of stock of the oldest boxing sanctioning body in the world.
I am pleased to say this has now been accomplished and now a new day
begins for the organization."
The International Boxing Union, Inc. sanctions and supervises
professional boxing title fights around the globe in classifications
such as World, InterContinental, Regional, and National.
