Bruno hat 45 Kämpfe bestritten , davon 38 durch ko beendet , also 84% seiner Kämpfe durch Ko gewonnen oder beziehst du das nur auf seine gewonnenen Kämpfe ?
dann hätte Hide dieselbe Quote wie Vitali .

Ich hab mich nur auf die gewonnenen bezogen , was natürlich auch nicht ganz korrekt ist. Denke jedenfalls , daß Bruno ein sehr harter Puncher war.

wen interessierts? guck dir die gegnerschaft von vitali an:
vor dem lewis-kampf war da wirklich nix und nach dem lewis-kampf hat er gegen
kirk johnson (total verfettet)
corrie sanders (verfettet, ohne kondition, pensioniert und nur mit einem sieg über wladi nach oben gekommen)
danny williams (verfettet, hat gegen francis panik: verloren, einer wm-chance nicht würdig)

nicht gerade ein record, der nicht weiter ausgebaut werden müsste!

man kann aber Vitali keinen Vorwurf draus machen , wenn Johnson und Sanders sich schlecht vorbereiten .

nee, kann man nicht. aber das schmälert natürlich vitalis leistung, denn wenn jemand verfettet und völlig verängstigt wie kirk johnson in den ring steigt, dann ist das nicht grade ein gewaltiger prüfstein.

sanders ist gefährlich, keine frage, aber sein ganzer ruhm beruht lediglich darauf, dass er wladis china chin aufgedeckt hat!

und das vitali den titel gegen eine eintagsfliege wie danny williams verteidigt hat, der nun wirklich einfach nur grottenschlecht war, muß man ihm auch negativ anrechnen, denn nun hat er den salat, er ist verletzt und ein interims-wm wird ausgekämpft.

The WBC regrets the injury suffered by its champion who fortunately has already been granted a medical certification allowing for the possibility of his contending for the title again in September of this year.





The World Boxing Council (WBC) recognizes its world heavyweight champion Vitali Klitshcho as a pride to the organization and as someone who carries with him the high prestige of our sport.

The WBC regrets the injury suffered by its champion who fortunately has already been granted a medical certification allowing for the possibility of his contending for the title again in September of this year.

However, in view of the long-lasting inactivity within the heavyweight division, the WBC has decided to approve a fight for the world interim title between Hasim Rahman --winner of a final elimination against Kali Meehan- and Monte Barrett, winner of the second final elimination against Owen Beck.

Consequently, instead of having two official challengers for the world champion -who conquered the vacant title by defeating South African Corrie Sanders- we have decided to approve the match for the WBC interim world heavyweight title, with the winner fighting mandatorily the WBC world heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko.

If, as expected, Vitali Klitschko is able to fight again in September, the WBC will have no problem in approving a voluntary defense, in the understanding that the winners will have to contend for the undisputed title of the World Boxing Council.



Also könnte Vitali nochmal freiwillig verteidigen im September?

Der 24.09.2005 dürfte ja für den Gewinner aus dem Kampf am 23.07.2005 ein bißchen knapp sein.

ich gebe dir recht, der termin könnte wirklich etwas knapp sein, aber dann sollte man den termin halt in den oktober verschieben, einen monat hin oder her...egal!!

stimmt, Akinwande war ja auch mal Champ ..

meiner Meinung nach wär für ihn mehr dringewesen, war ja glaub ich in seiner Prime unbesiegt und wenn nur nach Punkten doer Disqualifikation ...
