Yeah, I often find these young koreans (2000 and 2001) in the results lists in Japan, especially on the Honshu Island, in the -15 years old competitions but they are weak, unfortunately... I would like to see more swedish jumpers too, it would be fine for ski jumping I think.

Unfortunately not, he retired in 2014. His last competition was the Ito Final Cup (march 22nd, 2014) with a 5th place. I used to love this jumper, a true kamikaze with a very risky style.

This is a perfect exemple which shows that the jumper with the biggest headwind compensation is not necessarly the most lucky jumper.

I love the season 2002 with Malysz, Hautamaeki and Hannawald at the top ! I love 2005 and 2009 too, with incredible jumps and top-jumpers at their best (even if in 2005, Ahonen and Hautamaeki were not fighting for the victories at the same time but the level was very high that year !)... 2006...
