Thiele und Siegmund meinten, dass die Norweger in Sapporo mit ihrer COC-Mannschaft antreten werden. Da wird Bardal sicher auch dabei sein

Diego Dellasega won the competition ahead of Bardal and Thomas Thurnbichler. In the whole competition (HTB competition with 30 others japanese), Kasai won with 139.5 and 131.5 meters ahead of Daiki Ito (138 and 128 meters) and Tochimoto (133.5 and 124 meters). Then, come Yumoto, Diego, Bardal and Okabe.
Others who are not in the TOP-30 of the COC jumped as well in the second round : Kang 116 m, De Crignis 105,5 m, Johnson 100,5 m, Kenshiro Ito 101,5 m, Funaki 99m, Glasder 93m and Osanai 97,.5 m.
They jumped twice because they were in the final round of the HTB competition (the best 50).
