Wie lange hat Holm eigentlich MMA trainiert bevor sie Rousey vorgeführt hat?

Da sie im März 2011 ihr MMA-Debüt gab, müsste sie zum Zeitpunk des Rousey Kampfes (Ende 2015) schon mindestens 5 Jahre MMA-Training absolviert haben. Da sie aber schon zu Zeiten ihrer Box-Karriere mit Mike Winkeljohn trainierte, der dem Jackson MMA Gym in Albuquerque, New Mexico angehört, ist davon auszugehen, dass die schon früher mit MMA in Berührung geriet.

Die kam ja vor ihrer MMA Zeit schon mit Kickboxen in Berührung.

Zudem - und da tippe ich jetzt mal - will @sabatai auf folgenden "Vergleich" hinaus:
Holm = Mayweather
Rousey = McGregor

Und das passt vorne und hinten nicht.
Allein Rousey und McGregor sind absolut gar nicht miteinander vergleichbar. Die Ronda ist eine sehr gute Grapplerin besonders gut im Judo, ihre Striking Skills sind unterirdisch was nach Holm ja noch eine aufdeckte. Kaum kriegt sie Schläge auf die Mappe geht nix mehr.
McGregor ist ein super Striker der ganz passabel Grapplen kann, also genau das Gegenteil von Rousey.

Im MMA wurde Holm nach dem Rousey-Fight von Miesha Tate brutals ausgechokt, und gerade zuletzt hat sie gegen die - meiner Meinung seit Jahren die beste Frau im MMA - Cris Cyborg klar nach Punkten verloren, und die haben dort fast nur im Stehen gekämpft.

According to Omar Al Raisi, editor in chief of The Sports Journal, Dubai's largest sporting news outlet, who referenced sources, the fight will take place in the Octagon with modified rules.

Here is a look at the tweets from Al Raisi that break down the reported rules the two men will abide by in the Octagon and mentions the fight will be co-promoted by Mayweather, McGregor and the UFC:

@FloydMayweather will fight @TheNotoriousMMA in the octagon. With 4 ounce gloves, no shoes, 5-five minute rounds in 155 division.

No kicks, no take downs, no elbows, no knees. Certain things will be allowed like the clinch.
