Da schildert man denen das konkrete Problem (von welchem sie wohl sowieso schon wissen), teilt die PSN ID der Asso mit und dann kommt nach 24h eine Standardmail, in der sie nach allem Fragen, was ich bereits geschrieben hatte...:wall:

4.) What time did the event you are experiencing start occurring and what time did your last attempt fail?
5.) What, if any, is the exact text of error message you are receiving?
6.) Where in the game are you experiencing the issue? (Quick Match, Association, etc.)
7.) With what frequency are you experiencing the issue (in other words does it ever work, or is it just not working today?)
8.) If there is no error, but the game is failing in some way (crash or an animating dialog for example) what game mode and what exactly is on screen when it fails?
9.) Please provide steps to reproduce (what you were doing step by step from the time the system was turned on until the time the issue occurred)
