If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you
may return the item (in new condition please) within 30 days.
Please note, this does exclude any customized items, which only
may be returned if they are defective. If you feel that your
item may be defective, please be aware that you may return the
item after 30 days, but it will be up to the discretion of our
Returns Department as to whether the item will be accepted as
a return. Please be aware that you will be responsible for
return shipping costs unless the return is being made due to
your item being defective or due to our error. This does exclude
customs fees that International customers may encounter. If
you are requesting reimbursement on your return shipping costs,
please let us know what the fees were so that you may be properly
compensated.
When returning an order back to us, please use traditional return
shipping methods. Please do not refuse your package.
You may request an exchange for another item or size subject
to product availability, or a refund or a credit (in the form
of the original payment) for the original price of the item,
less shipping and handling charges. If you request an exchange,
upon return of your order, the total dollar amount of the item(s)
on the order will be applied as a credit on your account. This
credit will then be applied to your new order for the replacement
item(s).
Please allow 14 business days for your exchange, refund or credit
to be completed.
On the back of your invoice, which was packaged with your order,
are directions for exchanges and returns, along with a form to
fill out to help expedite the process. Please be sure to indicate
on the back of your invoice exactly what you want done with your
return, (ie. credit, exchange refund).
If you still have that invoice, you can stop reading this and
go to the invoice! If you have already disposed of your original
invoice, the instructions for an exchange follow.
Please pack up the product(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Please include the following information in the box with your
product(s):
1) The full name of the person to whom the order was billed,
2) The full address of the person to whom the order was billed,
3) The name and address we should send any exchanged product(s)
to, if different than the billing information,
4) Your customer number if you know it,
5) The quantity, name, product number(s), size and color (if
necessary) of the item(s) you wish to receive in exchange, if
applicable.
6) A day time phone number where you can be reached, if necessary.
