ich hätte ihn auch beinahe geholt, musste mich zwischen jackson und harrington entscheiden, ich bin froh das ich harrington genommen habe, sonst wär mein ärger jetzt riesig...
edit: hier sind noch genauere infos
Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Jackson violated his probation in Michigan when Indiana prosecutors charged him with firing a gun outside a strip club, a judge ruled Friday.
Jackson faces up to 30 days in jail, but his lawyer, James Burdick, said he believes District Court Judge Julie Nicholson will make a sentencing determination based on the outcome of his pending case in Indiana. This puts Jackson one step closer to actual jail time, but it sounds like we won't find out his fate until his Indiana court date, which is currently set for Feb. 12. He faces a felony charge of criminal recklessness, and misdemeanor charges of battery and disorderly conduct stemming from the night club incident in October. The Warriors don't play on Friday, so this news should not prohibit him from playing against the Bobcats on Saturday, unless the NBA decides to take action against him.
