gute und schlechte nachrichten!
Starting forward Carlos Boozer will not play on Monday night and his status is unknown for Wednesday's game against the Spurs. Boozer bruised his left knee in Saturday's loss to the Hornets.
Boozer will undergo some more tests and Jarron Collins will start in his place tonight against the Nets. We're hopeful Boozer's injury isn't serious, but it's hard not to be concerned as more time passes without the Jazz giving any specific information.
Jazz forward Andrei Kirilenko said his injured right ankle felt fine after Monday's shootaround and he expects to be in the starting lineup tonight when the Jazz host the Nets.
LeBron James sat out of an eight-minute scrimmage Monday and said he'll consider sitting out the next few games to rest his sore right toe, which he injured on a recent road trip and aggravated during Sunday's game against Phoenix.
James didn't run on the injury, but was able to shoot, stretch and even threw around a football. "Right now, it's an injury where you go out there and keep reinjuring it," he said. "You've got to be smart and it's something I've really got to think about. ... Long term, it would be smart if I took some games off and some practices off, honestly, to get better." It sounds like LeBron is going to sit out Tuesday's game against Golden State and possibly even Thursday's tilt against Dwyane Wade and the Heat panik:
wieso habe ich nur das gefühl, dass james und v.a. boozer in dieser woche extremst verkauft werden...:idiot:
