Though the spokesman said a best-case scenario would have Davis missing only a few games, he missed 20 games after undergoing surgery to repair torn cartilage in the same knee in January 2003. As fantasy owners know, Davis is one of the most injury-prone players in the league, and he'd already missed nine of the Warriors' 52 games this season. That number will almost definitely be closer to 20 games by the time Davis is considering a return to action.

Steve Nash reportedly won't play again until after the All-Star break due to his sore shoulder, meaning he'll miss Wednesday's game at Seattle, and all events associated with All-Star Weekend, including the game on Sunday.
Nash has been bothered by inflammation in his right shoulder and neck area for more than a week, and has missed four straight games. He will still be required to fly to Las Vegas and take part in media interviews and other all-star activities, but will be a scratch for Saturday’s skills competition and Sunday’s game. Get him benched in weekly leagues ASAP. He's hoping to return for Feb. 20 against the Clippers after the break.

ich hab wieder mal ein pech diese Saison. wieder mal an die top 200 geklopft nach langen verletztungssorgen und dann fallen brad miller und baron davis gleichzeitig aus. komm nicht einmal dazu mein team punktuell zu verstärken.
mein 70. platz von vor 2 jahren war wohl nur die ausnahme. sonst wie letztes jahr nur verletztungen.

Jackson was late because of a trial earlier in the day in Indiana, but his owners will definitely be glad he's got some playing time tonight. Despite missing the first half, he should compile a decent week if he can get it going against the Knicks on Wednesday.
