Anmerkungen dazu:

Wie ich schon schrieb, fand ich den GP gut.
Serj Tankian war zwar schon öfters mit SOAD dabei, aber als Solokünstler noch nicht und das ist schon was anderes. Ich wollte ihn auch öfters einreichen. Bester Beitrag, jedoch finde ich das Lied von Doll Skin auch sehr gut und da mir bisher unbekannt, bekommt es den Vorzug vor Tankian.

Die zweite gute Neuentdeckung kommt von Shivaree, welche sich auch Aufgrund kreativere Einsendung gegen David Bowies Heroes durchsetzt - welcher einfach ein Zeitlos guter Klassiker ist.
Bei Prog Rock habe ich meistens das Problem, dass ich die Lieder eher Langweilig und ähnlich klingend finde. Auch hier ist die Melodie nur nett. Airbag bieten aber ein tolles Arrangement und tolle Gitarrenarbeit. Das gefällt mir.

Die anderen 5 Beiträge sind alle ganz gut (Mando Diao besser, aber bekannt und schonmal dabei gewesen) und setzen sich knapp gegen folgende Honorable Mentions durch:

Ich hatte dich auch hinter meinen 12er vermutet. Es wurde immerhin eine HM .
Anfangs fand ich es gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber mit der Zeit gefiel mir der MIx aus Metal/Rock und 70s/80s Disco. Hat aber knapp nicht für Punkte gereicht.
