Howard Sees Celtics in Cereal Bowl

Because Dwight Howard is so big and strong and powerful – with the chiseled body of a granite statue – sometimes we forgot there still is a goofy young kid simmering inside.

And that was never more evident than Saturday.

On the eve of the biggest game of his NBA career, his first win-or-go-home playoff Game 7, in the great city of Boston, on the storied parquet floor, amidst the wonderful Celtics mystique, Howard found a different motivational tool that may carry his Orlando Magic to victory.

He found it in his cereal bowl.

"The word of the day is DOMINATE,'' Howard said Saturday after practice. "True story: I was eating Alpha Bits for breakfast this morning, and the first scoop I picked up, it was right there: D-O-M-I-N-A-T-E. I said this is crazy, so I put it back down, picked up another scoop, and again it said DOMINATE. So I stirred the whole bowl up, picked up another scoop, and it still said DOMINATE. It was telling me something.''

Es ist das bessere Team weitergekommen. Glückwunsch von mir...

Kann ich mich nur anschließen. Glückwunsch Magic und das bessere Team ist weiter.

Ich hätte zwar sicher gerne noch eine Serie gegen die Cavs gesehen, bin aber jetzt nicht wirklich enttäuscht. Mit dem momentanen Roster ist nicht viel mehr drin gewesen. Da nehme ich nur einmal die Personalie Scalabrine. Letzte Playoffs war das der Handtuchhalter und jetzt hat er eine feste Rolle in der Rotation gehabt.

Glückwunsch an die Magic, sie haben die Serie aus meiner Sicht verdient gewonnen.
Mal sehen ob gegen die Cavs was geht....

Echt geil das wir gegen die Celtics gewonnen haben, war aber auch zu erwarten die sind auf dem Zahnfleisch gekrochen denke wenn die nicht über 7 Spiele gegen die Bulls hätten gehen müssen hätte es vlt. anders ausgesehen.

Trotzdem bin ich überglücklich

Hätte gern das Gesicht gesehen von KG, aber wer weiß vlt. hat ihm noch jemand einen Kommentar reingedrückt.

Hedo eigendlich die komplette Serie untergetaucht und dann im 7. Spiel zeigt er Eier, vlt. lags aber auch nur an der Pizza ( ist vlt. sowas wie bei Popeye der Spinat ) :laugh2:

Ich muss auch nochmal Lee und JJ loben die einen ausgezeichneten Job gegen Ray Allen gemacht haben auch wenn er im letzten Spiel sehr gut gespielt hat für die Verhältnise der Serie.
