Update :D

Quelle: Rotoworld.com

Andrew Bogut
Andrew Bogut missed Monday's game due to back spasms. Bogut was a game-time decision for Monday, so hopefully he'll be ready to go for Wednesday's game against Philadelphia.

Baron Davis
Baron Davis doesn't sound close to returning from a bruised tailbone. Asked when he might return, Baron Davis said, "hopefully within the next couple of weeks." Jason Hart (elbow), Fred Jones (foot) and Mardy Collins are all going to play point guard in the meantime, but Hart and Jones are both hurting.

Marvin Williams
An MRI on Marvin Williams' left shoulder did not indicate anything unusual, and he's a game-time decision for Wednesday's game against Orlando.

Jared Jeffries
Jared Jeffries (hyperextended knee) is probable for the Knicks game on Tuesday. Jeffries played just 26 minutes on Sunday and didn't practice on Monday as a precaution.

Devin Harris
Devin Harris started Monday's game, but was not available for the second half after aggravating his injured hamstring. Harris finished with four points and seven assists, and if there's any good news here, it's that the Nets don't play again until Wednesday. Consider Harris day-to-day for now, and we'll post an update on his status as soon as more information becomes available.

Carmelo Anthony panik:
Carmelo Anthony is out for at least three weeks and possibly a month with a fracture in his right (shooting) hand, but will not need surgery. This is obviously not good news, but it could have been worse as surgery would have meant a longer recovery.

Marquis Daniels
Marquis Daniels started on Monday, but left the game in the first half due to his groin injury. Daniels had been doubtful coming into the game, and owners have to be concerned about the rest of his four-game week after he aggravated the injury.

Jose Calderon
Jose Calderon missed Monday's game due to his sore hamstring. With Calderon potentially out for Wednesday's game, Solomon could be in line for another useful (if somewhat erratic) outing.

Tracy McGrady
Tracy McGrady admitted on Monday that he is frustrated by his poor play and physical limitations. "In my mind, I think I’m going hard," McGrady said. "But physically, I don’t have it. You think about...[going from] being one of the elites to being just average now and people writing you off, that’s frustrating." In spite of that, there's still no talk of T-Mac taking extended time off.

Ron Artest
Ron Artest (ankle) did not practice on Monday and is questionable for Tuesday's game against the 76ers. Artest's status changes from day to day, and sometimes from hour to hour, so don't be shocked if he winds up playing. He's unlikely to play on both Tuesday and Wednesday, however, so weigh your options carefully.

Stephen Jackson
Stephen Jackson said he felt a "pop" when he injured his hamstring on Monday, but is hopeful that he won't be sidelined for long. "Hopefully, it's not that big of a deal," Jackson said. "But we'll know more [on Tuesday]." Teammate Corey Maggette --an authority on missing games with sore hamstrings-- estimated that Jax could be out at least three weeks, but we're waiting for an official report before panicking. Check back soon.

Kelenna Azubuike
Kelenna Azubuike did not play in Monday's loss to the Jazz. He was questionable coming into the game due to the flu, which explains his absence. Hopefully he'll be ready when the Warriors face the Lakers on Wednesday.

"Yi Jianlian suffered a broken pinky finger on his right (shooting) hand on Friday night.
He'll miss about a month with the injury, which is a shame because he was just heating up. If you recently picked him up, you should probably start making other plans for the next 3-4 weeks."

So dann wil ich mal ein kleines Update posten...

Quelle: Rotoworld.com

Elton Brand
Elton Brand is hopeful that he can return from his dislocated shoulder in approximately two weeks. "We've bypassed the time when surgery might be necessary," GM Ed Stefanski said, though Brand admitted the "true test" will come when he practices with contact.

Luol Deng
Luol Deng said he doesn’t expect to play Saturday against Oklahoma City and was hoping to return against Portland on Monday. "I don’t want to play 10 minutes and then sit down the next game, and then come back again and keep going back and forth," he said.

Al Horford
Al Horford left Friday's game with a right knee injury in the third quarter. With the Hawks currently down 86-39 Horford will not return tonight. He was walking very gingerly but left under his own power. We're guessing precautionary X-rays and an MRI are coming, but we'll know more later.

Carlos Boozer
The Deseret News reported that Carlos Boozer (knee, quadriceps) expects to be out until the Jazz's final "20 or 30 games," meaning he doesn't expect to return before Feb. 11th.

Lamar Odom
Lamar Odom is officially listed as day-to-day with a bone bruise in his right knee but could miss several games with the injury. "It takes a while," Phil Jackson said. "It’s a tough one. We’re still not out of the woods." Bone bruises on weight-bearing areas are serious business and Odom sounds doubtful for Friday vs. the Pacers. Bench him until we get better news.

Josh Howard
Josh Howard left Friday's game against the Suns with a left wrist injury and will not return. He was in a great deal of pain but X-rays were negative. And unfortunately, it's the same wrist that was injured earlier this season, keeping him sidelined for a couple games. We'll know more over the weekend.

Yi Jianlian
Yi Jianlian suffered a broken pinky finger on his right (shooting) hand on Friday night. He'll miss about a month with the injury, which is a shame because he was just heating up. If you recently picked him up, you should probably start making other plans for the next 3-4 weeks.

Devin Harris
Devin Harris will not play Friday in Milwaukee due to his lingering hamstring injury. Lawrence Frand doesn't sound worried and he'll hopefully play Monday at home against Oklahoma City after getting a couple more days of rest. "Concerned? No," Frank said. "I think he's right there and when you look at the schedule, having two days before the next one, it's better to be safe than sorry."

T.J. Ford
T.J. Ford (back, abdomen) and Marquis Daniels (groin) will miss Friday's game against the Lakers. This is starting to get old, but you have to think both players are getting closer to a return.

Rodney Stuckey
Rodney Stuckey left Friday's game against the Nuggets with a sore back, after scoring nine points on 4-of-9 shooting with four rebounds, two assists, and two steals in 30 minutes. Stuckey proclaimed himself doubtful for Saturday's game against Utah.

Jose Calderon
Jose Calderon missed Friday's game against the Grizzlies with his hamstring injury. He will hopefully be ready to go by Monday, but just keep him benched for now.

Jermaine O'Neal
Jermaine O'Neal (knee) will not play on Friday against the Grizzlies, according to Doug Smith of the Toronto Star. O'Neal has been "questionable" for nearly two weeks now. With the team playing well, in particular Andrea Bargnani, the Raptors seem to be in no hurry to bring him back.

Ron Artest
Ron Artest sat out Friday's game with a sore ankle. That makes a DNP in three of his last four games, as Artest and Tracy McGrady continue to play musical chairs in the doctor's office. Both players obviously have some nice fantasy potential, but figuring out when to play them is not worth the headache. See if you can trade Ron-Ron - you'll sleep better at night.

Rudy Fernandez
Blazers guard Rudy Fernandez left Friday's practice because of soreness in his left foot. He will be a game-time decision on Saturday. With Brandon Roy set to return, the Blazers might be inclined to rest Fernandez.

Brandon Roy
Brandon Roy plans to play on Saturday after missing the past four games because of a strained right hamstring. Roy took part in a portion of Friday's practice, but was pulled by team doctor Tom Reis as a precautionary measure.

D.J. Augustin-G-Bobcats Jan. 11 - 9:28 am et

D.J. Augustin heard a 'pop' when he strained his abdomen on Saturday, and the Bobcats are afraid that the injury might be serious.
A sports hernia is one possibility, though we won't know anything until some tests are performed. Keep him sidelined until we get an update -- if he is out for a while, Raymond Felton and Raja Bell will each play heavy minutes.

Augustin strained an abdominal muscle midway through the second quarter of Saturday's game and did not return the Charlotte Observer reports. (Jan 10

Quelle ESPN

Das mit der Verletzung nicht zu spaßen ist, besagen folgenden Sätze:

"As a general rule, grade one injuries should be rested from sporting activity for about 3 weeks and grade two injuries for about 4 to 6 weeks. In the case of a complete rupture, the muscle may have to be repaired surgically and the rehabilitation afterwards will take about 3 months"

Mindestens drei Wochen wird Augustin also ausfallen...

Ist mal wieder Zeit für ein kleines Update :D

Quelle: Rotoworld.com

D.J. Augustin
D.J. Augustin's MRI results taken Sunday showed a strained abdomen and groin, and he will miss at least 10 days. Augustin initially suffered the injury versus the Celtics last week, then worsened it Saturday, and reported feeling a "pop".

Drew Gooden
Drew Gooden (groin, ankle) will not play on Wednesday. The injuries don't sound like they'll keep him out long, as Gooden had originally hoped to play on Wednesday.

Kendrick Perkins
Kendrick Perkins missed Wednesday's game with his shoulder injury and has already been ruled out for Saturday's game as well. He's hoping to play on Monday against the Suns, but doesn't sound like a lock for that one either.

Darrell Arthur
Grizzlies rookie Darrell Arthur played 10 minutes on Tuesday before leaving with a hamstring injury. He did not return. The Grizzlies don't play again until Friday, so considering Arthur questionable.

Paul Millsap :wall:
An MRI on Paul Millsap's knee revealed nothing more than a bruise and he'll remain day-to-day with the injury. This should be considered fantastic news by his fantasy owners and the Jazz, but Millsap is still iffy for the rest of the week. The good news is that the knee is fully intact and there's probably no need for extended rest of surgery.

Eddy Curry :laugh2: :laugh2: :laugh2:
Knicks center Eddy Curry is being sued by his former driver, who is seeking over $5 million for unpaid wages, sexual harassment and racist slurs. Curry denies the allegations. "He approached my friends a while back, trying to get money," Curry said. "I just never, ever thought it would go past what it did, which was just idle threats, money-or-else kind of stuff." The suit alleges, among other things, that Curry approached his driver in the nude on two separate occasions and "kept asking him to look and to touch him."

Tracy McGrady
Tracy McGrady is being shut down for the next two weeks in order to try to let his surgically repaired left knee fully heal. The Rockets only play four times in the next 12 days which should mean he won't miss a ton of games, but whether or not he is ever at full strength this season is anyone's guess.

Steve Blake
Blazers' point guard Steve Blake left Wednesday's game after separating his right shoulder. Those of you who own Blake in a weekly league are probably out of luck for the rest of the week. While there is no time table on how much time he'll miss, you have to think he's going to be out for an extended period of time.

Rudy Fernandez
Rudy Fernandez (sore foot) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game and is likely out Thursday as well. Coach Nate McMillan is hoping Fernandez can return Saturday against Charlotte.

Marco Belinelli
Marco Belinelli is expected to be sidelined for at least 10 days due to the sprained ankle he suffered Sunday. There's no telling what kind of minutes he'll get upon his return, but we'd still advise hanging onto him if possible.

Tyson Chandler

Tyson Chandler (sprained ankle) left Monday's game on crutches, but was relieved that X-rays revealed no broken bones. "I heard a pop," Chandler said. "It's swollen pretty good. My body normally reacts pretty well to sprained ankles. We'll have to see how it goes." Chandler is doubtful to play on Wednesday, so bench him if you have the option.

Devin Harris

....The other explanation is it usually gets harder when Devin Harris plays with a knife sticking in his rib. ..."I'm not too worried -- I don't think it's cracked. But we're going to take a CT scan (Thursday)," said Harris, who had a very tough night (1-for-11, three turnovers, six points, six assists). "I took a couple shots early in the first quarter -- it kind of stiffened up on me. I couldn't move, especially on my right side. (It was) more of a sharp pain. Hard to breathe."....

West und Chandler

....The timetable for Chandler and West's return is much more uncertain.

"David could be early next week sometime, maybe Monday (when the Hornets face the Philadelphia 76ers at home), Tyson I really don't have a clue right now," Scott said. "The sprain looked pretty bad. I'm not going to speculate on a time frame."....
