Ist ja alles gut, nur gehst du im Gegensatz zu mir zu 100% davon aus, dass er es getan hat.
Unter der Voraussetzung lässt sich das alles sicher rechtfertigen, wobei dann 6 Spiele zu wenig sind.

Banner: I think people have to realize that the court now hears cases that relate to whether the league acted in a manner consistent with its rules. They won’t be ruling on whether or not they think he’s guilty or innocent — at least they shouldn’t be. Because that’s really not the court’s role here. It’s the same thing that happened in the Adrian Peterson case. It’s the same thing that happened in the [Tom] Brady case. So as I look at it, and I’ve looked at the outcomes of those previous cases. It seems like the league did at least act in accordance with its policies. Therefore, I wouldn’t be surprised if we got some kind of an injunction so that they had more time to hear the case and make sure that what I just said is true. But I would be very surprised if the court overturned this ruling. I think whenever it’s done, some phase of this hearing, that we’ll see him end up being suspended six games.
Now, you can stall in court a lot so that could take weeks. It’s even conceivable that it could take the season. But when it’s all said and done, I’d be very surprised if he didn’t end up with a six-game suspension. And I’m not making an evaluation. I really don’t know enough. I don’t know how many of the people commenting about this think they do know whether he was guilty or innocent of this. I don’t want to jump on the bandwagon of finding myself defending somebody who was guilty of domestic violence. And I also don’t want to be aggressive in attacking him since there’s a possibility based on what we’ve been able to learn that he wasn’t guilty.
But that’s what I think will end up happening. Somewhere along the line, the court case will get heard. It will get ruled that the league acted within its rules of what it’s allowed to do in the CBA, and he’ll end up being suspended for the six games.
