Favors verletzt? Mal sehen, ich habe bis jetzt noch nichts gefunden. Aber bei unserem dünnbesetzten Frontcourt wäre das echt eine niederschlagene Nachricht
“We didn’t play well tonight,” Jazz coach Quin Snyder said. “We’ve talked about doing the things that we can control, and we haven’t been doing as good a job of that. I think the scoreboard reflects that.”
“We just weren’t who we’ve been, honestly,” Hayward said. “Defensively especially, communication isn’t where it was, where it’s been.”
“We’re the same team that won, we’re the same team that lost,” Snyder said. “It’s just a question of consistency. … There are still things we can do, no matter who is on the floor. We may not be as good a team, but we can play the right way, and we didn’t play the right way tonight.”
“Back to back for us,” Snyder said. “Tough game. Banged up. But I just want to see us play the right way, and I know we’re capable of doing that. If that results in a win, great. But we’re not playing against the scoreboard. … We’re playing against our habits and our focus and our identity.”
Enes Kanter ripped the Jazz org in his interview today. He pretended to hold back, but that wasn't a holding back.
Enes Kanter: "I love it. It's a team that I've never experienced before. I actually like playing basketball there."
Enes Kanter: "I think the difference is I like playing basketball there. I think that's the most important thing."
Enes Kanter: "I never liked playing basketball before in my NBA career. It's the first time that I felt like playing basketball."
Enes Kanter: "It wasn't just a one game, two game frustration, it was a three and a half year frustration. I'm happy for both sides."
What was the biggest frustration? Enes: "I will say almost everything. I didn't bring it every night. Almost everything was a frustration."
Enes Kanter: "It wasn't just basketball stuff. It was just professionalism. After I see OKC, then I was like, this is how NBA teams are."
Enes: "You know how you're like in a dream, that you have a superpower and you don't want to open your eyes? OKC's been like that for me."
Enes Kanter: "I still respect them. I still like my coaches here, I still have friends here, some friends here, not a lot."
Enes Kanter: "I don't want to make no comments on them, but I think, after I went to OKC, I was like 'Oh man, this is how NBA teams [are].'"
Enes Kanter on OKC: "Everything there is just professional. Everything they do is for the players. You just only focus on basketball."
Enes: "Like I said, I don't really want to talk about it here. I've got a lot of things to say but just don't want to say it right now."
Enes, do you miss anything about Utah? "Mountains. That's it, I guess."
"I think the difference is probably I like playing basketball there," Kanter said. "That's the most important thing. Never liked playing basketball before in my NBA career. That's my first time I start like playing basketball there, for my team, for the fans, for my teammates, for coaches, everybody. That's the first time."
