I just saw Monday's Iltalehti today. NiemelÀ being his very inconsistent self again.
ffft:
He had given those comments at Sunday. He told, that he was disappointed with Harri's competitions, but there was also positive and he is very near to give Harri a new chance. That it all depends if Havu will be able to jump at Zakopane. If he can, Harri will not have any more chances. If Havu can't jump at Zako, Harri will get a chance at Zako. Then next day, after it came clear that Havu would not jump at Zako, NiemelÀ had apparently changed his mind and left Harri out, because Sami Niemi had won a Finnjumping Cup competition.
I'm surprised that even Iltalehti had not (yet) picked this up. But Pekka is really making himself sound ridiculous and total hypocrite. And if guys don't start to jump much better very soon, it will probably come and bite his ass hard. :duck:
