Habe mir eben mal die Shaq - stats bei nba.com angeschaut und würd gern wissen ob irgendjemand hier näheres weiss oder Links hat zu dem wahnsinnsspiel von Shaq am 20.11.1993 gegen die Nets.????

Coach Pat Riley is talking about adding extra bulk -- and he means real tonnage -- to Miami Heat practices.

Riley's idea? Sumo wrestlers.

"We're going to bring them in and have them lean on him and lean on him and we're not going to let him just back them in," Riley said. "And then he's going to have to take 100 jump hooks and 100 turnaround jumpers."

In Riley's eyes, there isn't much difference between sumo wrestling and the way teams defend his 7-foot-1, 340-pound center. ne sehr originelle idee von riley. die frage ist nur, ob shaq diese moves mit 33 jahren nicht eh schon drauf hat. hat er nämlich.diese methode sollte man eher bei dwight howard ausprobieren...

Hip-Hop Turrets is a rare version of the original Turrets that causes individuals to “talk smack” at accelerated rates. The infliction is rare but when it makes itself known it can be devastating, especially if exposed on a national level like that of a televised NBA basketball game. The patient will utter such phrases as “your game is whack,” “you can’t d my S#%* up,” or any phrase involving the opposing players’ “mama.”

Gary Payton’s diagnosis comes as no surprise to many opposing players including Brevin Knight, who last year when guarding Payton, was reduced to tears after an on-court verbal onslaught that lasted the entire 48 minutes.

“He is known as a guy that likes to run his mouth, ever since he came into the League and said that John Stockton ‘aint got no handles’ and than proceeded to tell the NBA’s all time assist and steals leader to ‘get some sag in dem shorts’ during Payton’s rookie year. I guess this diagnosis sheds light on the reasons he is so vocal.”

NBA executives are currently fending off angry parents across the Nation who claim that Payton’s Christmas day banter emotionally scarred their respective children’s’ fragile egos.

Payton was unavailable for comment and to add to that, most of Buster Gunning’s diagnoses are strictly confidential.

Der tragische Tod seines Bruders schweißte Brandy und Quentin zusammen.



Nachdem sich Brandy anfang des Monats von ihrem Verlobten, New York Knicks Football-Spieler:idiot: :laugh2 Quentin Richardson : trennte und ihr Tattoo an der Schulter (Quentin's Gesicht) in eine Katze verwandeln ließ :laugh2: , sind die Beiden wieder ein Herz und eine Seele. Der Grund dafür ist ein tragisches Ereignis. Quentin's Bruder, kam kurz nach der Trennung, während eines bewaffneten Überfall's, vor seinem Haus in Chicago um's Leben. Brandy flog daraufhin sofort zu ihrem Ex und stand ihm in seiner schwersten Zeit bei. Wenig später waren Brandy und Quentin wieder ein Paar. Berichten zufolge schmieden die Beiden bereits Hochzeitspläne. Congratulations!

Rockets Sign Davis, Release Graham

USA Today - The Houston Rockets signed forward Josh Davis on Thursday, and waived swingman Stephen Graham.

The 6-foot-8 Davis saw limited action in four games for the Milwaukee Bucks earlier this season. He averaged 2.8 points and 7.8 minutes in 42 games with the Philadelphia 76ers last season.

Davis was the MVP of the CBA in 2003, when he averaged 18.7 points and 9.6 rebounds.

Rockets Sign John Lucas III

Houston Chronicle - The Houston Rockets moved to reinforce their depleted ranks by bringing back a familiar name, signing John Lucas III, the son of former Rockets guard John Lucas, the first pick of the 1976 draft, a source with knowledge of the transaction said today.

Like his father, Lucas is a traditional point guard, potentially offering help at the position at which Bob Sura and Rafer Alston have been hurt this season.

Lucas, 5-11, 165, played for the Minnesota Timberwolves ' Summer League team, but was waived during the preseason. In 14 games with the Tulsa 66ers of the NBA Development League, Lucas averaged 15.1 points on 52.8 percent shooting, and three assists. [READ]
