There's four off the top of my head - you got 3 days after the trade is done to trade Miller again "by himself" - how longs the wait after that and what's the trade deadline?
If i recall correctly - it's 60 days and the trade deadline is february 15 - so in my mind it's 3 days or after this season

I probably am not a familiar face around here, so I can produce credentials if necessary.
Anyway, I'm not sure where you are getting that 3 day deadline.
That does not exist. (don't take the preceding personally- it is not meant to be).
The only thing I can think of is you are confusing this with a sign&trade situation, where the contract contains a clause (the S&T clause) that voids the contract if the player is not traded to the specified team within 48 hours.
The Sixers can trade Andre Miller from right now until the trading deadline. They do not have to wait for any kind of deadline to trade him. He is tradable right now.
The four following statements are all true (before the trading deadline of course) as long as the subsequent restrictions I mention are accounted for:
He can be traded by himself for one player
He can be traded by himself for multiple players (from one or multiple teams)
He can be traded with another Sixer for one or multiple players (from one or multiple teams)
He can be traded with multiple Sixers for one or multiple players (from one or multiple teams)
Restriction 1:
He cannot be traded back to Denver during the 06-07 season unless he is waived first.
At which point the Sixers can't trade him, since they've waived him- thought I should clarify for people more familiar with the MLB waiver and trade process- not how it works in the NBA.
(I can/should elaborate more on this restriction, but I will come back to that later)
Restriction 2:
For two months from the date the transaction is official, he cannot be traded with any other Sixers if and only if the deal requires Andre Miller's salary to be aggregated with one or more Sixers in order for the trade to be allowed.
Complicated?
Not really.
Think of it this way: if you think of a trade involving Andre Miller and other Sixers, is there a way for you to separate that trade into multiple trades, where one trade has the Sixers trading Miller and no other players out, without the other parts of the trade collapsing? If so, then those trades can actually be done as one large trade.
