Dear NBA League Office,
as a basketball fan I am very disappointed of the current situation regarding the International League Pass. The broadcast coverage of the first playoff weekend was not acceptable. In Germany ten thousands of NBA fans were not able to watch the playoffs due to the incompetence of your partner Rayv Inc. .
Following problems occurred:
• Login on ilp.nba.com was not possible
• Live Streams were not available
• Streams were buffering
• Valid accounts were deactivated
• Ravy support was not available
• ILP website was offline
This was a great loss of image for the NBA and its partner Rayv Inc.
After experiencing 2 days of the worst imaginable service and no statement of Ravy Inc. I hope the problems will be fixed soon (today). Otherwise you should think of an other distribution partner, which can provide what he promises.
