Hey Joel,
I just wanted to give you props for your "We All Have History" article. Really, a nice composition of horrible moves.
Still, I've got a problem with it: Who cares what other teams have done wrong in the past? Does this make any of the countless stupid moves the Magic have done in the last years any better? If you believe that you can console the casual Magic fan by posting an article with bad moves that every franchise does or has done, than you're underestimating our intelligence. Seriously, this is getting old really fast! I don't care what other franchises have done wrong, I want the Magic to succeed and therefore care for our moves and not what other teams have or haven't done!!!
Your articles are becoming more and more annoying with each passing day.
If you don't believe me, just take a look into the fan-forums (O-Zone, Magicmadness, Real-GM), the majority is laughing at your articles because you keep spinning and spinning and spinning. It's not funny anymore. Please, take your "Glasses" off and stop annoying us with your "spin-jobs".
We've already heard every kind of excuse, from injuries to coaching to failed rookie evaluations! Stop this insanity, it doesn't do any good besides making you guys look even more clueless then you already seem to be.
If everything is as rosy as your articles seem to indicate, why aren't we enjoying any kind of success? Not by drafting (one good draft doesn't make up for countless bad drafts), not during the season, not by trading, not with our new arena, nowhere.
Do you really think that anybody should get a pass here, top-to-bottom? I hope not, because our blunders are a "Total Team Effort"!
Take care,
Fro
